This week, we sit down with Bradlie Goian, General Manager at Song Saa Private Island, to find out how he keeps his life positive.
A Canadian national, Bradlie’s career has taken him from The Bahamas to Malaysia and Bhutan. Having worked with multiple brands in the hospitality industry such as Old Fort Bay, Wedgwood and Shangri-La he is a seasoned luxury hotelier. Bradlie’s most recent role saw him as Resident Manager at Aman Resorts in Bhutan.
Established in 2011, Song Saa define the ethos of “luxury that treads lightly”. Song Saa’s flagship five-star property, Song Saa Private Island, is Cambodia’s first private island resort and features 27 luxurious villas built with sustainable materials and the deepest respect for the environment. Song Saa works hand-in-hand with the Song Saa Foundation towards a shared goal of protecting the environment, the community and culture of each of the locations in which Song Saa operates.

My daughters Lillea and Jewal.

I am passionate about sharing in and creating happy, memorable moments for our guests and the Song Saa team.

Do you support a charity or cause?
Naturally Song Saa Private Island, Song Saa Foundation and our Koh Rong Community. Past initiatives I’ve been involved in include WWF Bhutan, Bhutan Olympic Committee member, Bhutan Cancer care clinic fundraising committee member. Cancer fundraising initiatives in Bahamas, US and Canada.

Demanding a holistically balanced life for myself.
What steps do you take to make your life more positive?
I make a conscious choice to only interact with like-minded individuals. I have no time for corrosive relationships. Each and every day is precious.
