Spring into Summer with
Drake & Morgan’s new Spritz recipes

As the warmer months inch closer & closer, the mixologists over at Drake & Morgan have been hard at work creating some seriously refreshing sips. Each drink is a nod to the London summer and feature quintessentially British spirits like Kamm & Sons, Sipsmith Gin and Tanqueray. Launching next week across their 9 bars & restaurants, we think they’re perfect for enjoying al fresco.

London Spritz

LONDON_SPRITZ

Ingredients

50ml Tanqueray Gin 

15ml Elderflower Cordial

40ml Fresh Apple Juice

50ml Soda Water

10 Mint Leaves

4.5 Cucumber Slices

Method

Muddle cucumber in boston glass, then add all other ingredients. 

Add cubed ice and shake. 

Pour entire content, with ice, into a chilled wine glass. 

Add a little more ice and top with soda water. 

Garnish with mint sprig and a cucumber slice. 

Serve and Enjoy

 

Britz Spritz

BRIT SPRITZ 2[1]

Ingredients

35ml Kam & Sons British Aperitif 

15ml Elderflower Cordial

50ml Chapel Down sparkling wine

50ml Soda Water

Wedge of Grapefuit

Cucumber Slice

Method

Pour all liquid ingredients over cubed ice.

Stir well. 

Squeeze a wedge of grapefruit into the drink.

Garnish with a cucumber slice. 

Serve and Enjoy! 

 

Summer Cup Spritz

Ingredients

50ml Sipsmith Summer Cup 

12.5ml Apricot Brandy

50ml Prosecco 

50ml Soda Water

Wedge of Lemon

Method

Pour all liquid ingredients over cubed iced, into a chilled wine glass. 

Stir gently. 

Garnish with a wedge of lemon. 

Serve and Enjoy!
