For a Friday Night In… Redberry Mule
50ml (BELVEDERE) RED
15ml simple syrup
Dash lime juice
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Add all ingredients (except raspberries) into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
Pour into a highball glass over ice and raspberries.
Top with ginger beer, to taste.

For a Twist on a Classic… Ultimate Unfiltered Martini
60ml Belvedere Unfiltered
20ml dry vermouth
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a ribbon of cucumber.
For a Girl’s Night Out… Elderflower Cosmopolitan
60ml Belvedere Citrus
30ml cranberry juice
15ml lemon juice
10ml St Germain Elderflower Liquor
Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
For Special Celebrations… Belvedere Peach Nectar Spritz
45ml Belvedere Peach Nectar
30ml sweet vermouth
Combine vodka and vermouth in a large wine glass over ice.
Top with sparkling water, to taste.
Garnish with a slice of peach and spring of thyme.
For the Morning After… Cucumber and Green Teani
60ml Belvedere Citrus
2 inch piece of cucumber
Dash simple syrup
Dash lemon juice
25ml green tea
Slice of fresh ginger
2 basil leaves
Small pinch of Maldon Sea Salt
Muddle cucumber and ginger with a pinch of salt and the sugar syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake over ice.
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
