Natasha Corrett

Natasha Corrett is a self-taught gourmet vegetarian chef, entrepreneur and author. Having started her vegetarian and alkaline food business, Honestly Healthy, with Harley Street Nutritionist Vicki Edgson in 2010, Natasha now leads the business on her own. She uses only the very best organic vegetables, cooks everything from scratch and ensures that her dishes are not only delicious but also nutritiously balanced. Natasha has successfully implemented her philosophy and unique approach to cooking across other business areas, she is a consultant chef for LUX* Island Resorts in Mauritius and La Suite West Hotel in London, Bayswater. She also travels around the world teaching private chefs to cook alkaline and gives talks, demonstrations, cooking classes, cleanses and organises retreats.
